Here at TSLC we have staff that are ready and capable to meet all the needs of your growing child. Staff at TSLC are all certified in CPR and first aide administration, screened via the state of Missouri for background checks, and are all subject to random drug and alcohol screenings.
I am the director and I along with my husband own The Tot Stop. I have 3 wonderful kiddos Blake, Boone, and Allie. I grew up in Lebanon, MO and graduated from Lebanon High School in 2008. When I finished college, I worked at Mercy hospital as a Respiratory Therapist for several years. My drive for opening a daycare center came from the struggle my husband and I had finding daycare that would accommodate our long work hours. We opened TSLC in August of 2016 and we have grown beyond our wildest dreams. I look forward to meeting new parents and the wonderful kiddos that come along with them.
Our Staff
Britany Hopkins
Ms. Brayli is our assistant director, she steps in to fill all of the duties if Ms. Britany is out of the facility. Brayli is a graduate of Lebanon High and an Air Force veteran. She resides in Lebanon with her husband and 2 children. She is also the main preschool teacher, and she is excellent at finding fun ways to help expand the knowledge of our kiddos and prepare them for kindergarten.

Brittany Moore
Ms. Brittany is our lead teacher in the infant unit. She is a graduate of Lebanon High and also has a CDA certification in child care. Ms. Brittany has been taking care of Lebanon's littles for the last 7 years. She is a mom of 5 and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable leaving your tinniest treasures with us.
Tristin Dampier
Ms. Tristin is a graduate of Conway High and a momma of 1. She has been taking care of children for the last 3 years. She is a full time teacher in our infant room and she LOVES to get on the floor with our littles and play.
Kaylee Fortner
Ms. Kaylee has been with us since her senior year of high school. She is a graduate of Lebanon High, has her CDA certification in child care, and is a wonderful mom to a little boy. She works full time in our pre-k and 2 year old classes. She is currently working on her degree in social services.
Haley Garrett
Ms. Haley is one of our part time staff. She fills any role we need from her but you can most often find her among our preschoolers. She is a graduate of Perryville High. When not at the daycare you can find her at Hibbett Sports where she is an assistant manager. In her free time you would probably find her cuddling her sweet little girl.
Sydney Prugh
Ms. Sydney works for the center part time and can often be found anywhere throughout the building, as she is able to fill any role we may need from her. She grew up in Orlando,FL and is a graduate of Dr. Phillips High and also has a degree in cosmetology. Ms. Sydney is excellent at planning crafts and the kids love when she makes them cookies.
